Today (June 5, 2025), rising P-pop girl group, KAIA, teamed up with South Korean producer, ZIV, to announce their collaborative piece “Walkie Talkie.” The song is slated for release tomorrow and can be pre-saved on all streaming platforms here.

This marks ZIV’s first-ever collaboration, and in his caption for the post announcing the song, he wrote a heartfelt message; “And for my first collaboration, I am honored that it’s with KAIA. I saw how passionate and talented they are, and I am very thankful to them for hopping on this song with me! I am really excited to bring this song out for all to hear.”

On KAIA’s end, this directly follows their latest single, “TANGA,” produced by Zack Tabudlo. In a previous exclusive interview with Billboard Philippines, the group’s leader, Angela, shared, “We’re very happy po na ‘yung pinaghirapan namin with Zack [Tabudlo] ay finally na-put out na sa public. We were really, really excited to release that song, especially since this is a dream collaboration with an amazing artist that we look up to.”

The bubblegum pop girl group have been selected as representatives of Billboard Philippines’ P-pop Rising Class of 2025, earning recognition for their impactful presence and rising potential within the P-pop scene.
