Last May 19, folk-pop hitmaker Janine Teñoso — or simply, Janine — premiered the music video for her recently released single, “Pikit Mata.” In this summer dream-like sequence, the artist plays the female lead in a romance with hit web series Ang Mutya Ng Section E star Rabin Angeles.

It was also recently announced last May 19 that Janine is set to host her first-ever major solo show later this year on September 6, 2025. The concert is set to be held in the New Frontier Theater, Quezon City, and tickets will be available for purchase on June 1, through TicketNet.
In related news, the “Tingin” hitmaker recently joined fellow Viva Records artists for a collaborative covers album entitled SWABE. In this six-song compilation, today’s chart-toppers recorded covers of Philippine pop classics, with Janine contributing a heartfelt rendition of South Border’s 1996 single “Love of My Life.”
