Jackson Wang is back with a brand new single, entitled “Hate To Love.” The somber, synth-laden track touches on themes of love and betrayal, as the GOT7 rapper-singer expresses feelings of disappointment against people he thought he could trust.
“People say, ‘Surround yourself with ‘good’ people.’ But I believe it’s actually about the ‘right’ people, who share a similar vision and values of life. But humanity, it’s not always how it works,” Wang stated in a post announcing the track’s release. “I wrote this song after realizing the only person I could trust was myself. And I want you to know that I’m a better version of myself because of what happened to me.”
