K-pop group iKON are making their way back to the Philippines for a Manila concert this April 7.
On March 8, concert promoter CDM Entertainment announced that iKON would be returning to Manila for a one-night only concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Pre-selling is now closed but was previously held last March 10, 8PM to March 11, 8 PM via CDM Entertainment’s website. Public selling will begin on March 16, 2PM via the Ticketnet Online and Ticketnet outlets.
The Manila concert is part of the group’s 2024 iKON LIMITED TOUR – GET BACK which will see Bangkok as its only other Asia stop. Only 5 out of 6 members will be present as main vocalist Jay is currently serving his mandatory military service. It will be their last one in the Philippines for a while as the rest of the members will also soon be following in Jay’s footsteps and enlisting for their own mandatory military service.
The “U” hitmakers were previously in Manila last August 5, 2023 as part of their 2023 TAKE OFF World Tour, also at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Jay was also not part of this show as he started his military service only a few days prior on July 20, 2023.
iKON officially debuted in 2015 under YG Entertainment and is currently composed of members Jay, Song, Bobby, DK, Ju-ne, and Chan. Former leader B.I. departed from he group in 2019. The are most known for their hit tracks such as “LOVE SCENARIO”, “KILLING ME”, and “RHYTHM TA”.
