Marking a new milestone for the beloved indie band, I Belong to the Zoo will be having their first major concert on October 24, 2026, at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City.

Signed under Cornerstone Music, I Belong to the Zoo had its musical preludes when frontman Argee Guerrero would embark on various projects following his first exposure to live music, from forming a previous band (Tonight We Sleep) to later becoming a solo act, billing himself as I Belong to the Zoo in 2014.
The band released its self-titled album in 2014, the success of which led Guerrero to expand I Belong to the Zoo to a five-piece band. Currently, it consists of Guerrero on vocals and guitar, Ow Owyong on drums, Simon Clariza and Lee De Veyra on guitars, and Gere Guerrero on bass.
To date, the band has released four albums, with their latest, Always Here, being released in June of this year. They are recognized for songs like “Sana” and “Balang Araw,” both of which show Guerrero’s deeply personal brand of lyricism and overall music-making.
They have also collaborated with other artists in the past like Mayonnaise, Moira Dela Torre, and Clara Benin. Recently, on July 9, 2026, they hosted a Backyard Live event launching their newest single, “Kalimutan Mo Na Lang,” made in collaboration with OPM veteran Yeng Constantino.
