On the weekend of January 24, 2026, some of the biggest acts in hip-hop today will be taking over Surf Town for the TakeOver Music Festival La Union. Bringing in acts like Hev Abi, Loonie, Zae, and more, the event will be held at the Beachfront in San Juan, La Union.

The music festival falls on the last day of the World Surf League International Pro competition for the Longboard division, taking place at Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. Here, the city will be hosting surfers from all around the globe to compete in the world’s biggest surfing competition.
