This year in music is coming to a near close.

Tomorrow (December 12) will mark the 31th annual Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs). To commemorate the momentous occasion, Billboard Global has gathered a stacked lineup of various performers, ranging from K-pop to Afropop. The award show, hosted by Michelle Buteau, is available for livestreaming on FOX and Amazon Fire TV, and will later be available for stream on Paramount+.

As contenders for the Top K-pop Touring Artist award, SEVENTEEN are set to perform “LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled)” for the Billboard Music Awards. Marching to a similar beat, Stray Kids, who are nominated for three awards (Top Duo/Group, Top Global K-pop Artist, and Top K-pop Album), will be lighting up the stage with a performance of two songs.

The arena tour veterans Coldplay are also dazzling the performance lineup, as they’re also up for Top Duo/Group and Top Rock Touring Artist this year. Additionally, the Afropop princess Tyla will be performing from a British pub in London, painting the award show in her unique color as a first-time BBMAs finalist. The artist is nominated for six different awards; Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Female Artist, Top Afrobeats Artist, Top R&B Album, Top R&B Song, and Top Afrobeats Song.

Teddy Swims, on that note, is set to slow things down with a performance of his smash hit, “Lose Control,” and a new song from his upcoming album, “Bad Dreams.” The genre-defying singer-songwriter is up for 8 different awards, Top New Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Hot 100 Song, Top Streaming Song, Top Radio Song, Top Selling Song, Top Billboard Global 200 Song, and Top Billboard Global (Excl. U.S.) Song.

Bringing in a classic country sparkle to the stage will be Shaboozey, who’s up for six awards; Top New Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Hot 100 Song, Top Streaming Song, Top Selling Song, and Top Country Song. On a similar country beat, one of the contenders for Top Country Artist, Megan Moroney, is also set to perform for the BBMAs. Up for three different awards, Top Hard Rock Song, Top Song Sales Artist, and Top Rock Artist, Jelly Roll will be rocking into the night. Making their debut on the BBMAs stage, Fuerza Regida, who are nominated for Top Duo/Group, Top Latin Artist, Top Latin Duo/Group, and Top Latin Album, will bring the party on with their signature Latin Pop sound.

Leading the 2024 BBMA nominees are pop royalty Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift, who’ve garnered the most nods out of the contenders this year. Swift is dominating the show with 16 categories in total, and Carpenter with a whopping 9 follows soon after. Also highly decorated for this year is American musician Zach Bryan with a total number of 18 nominations, and fellow country artist Morgan Wallen with 11 nominations.
