Filipino alternative band fitterkarma are officially bringing their emotional sound and dark aesthetic to the Art Deco halls of the Metropolitan Theater Manila on September 19, 2026.
The concert was announced on the band’s social media page with the caption “kung tayo’y nasa isang horror na pelikula, tiyak ako ang una mong papatayin (If we were in a horror movie, I would definitely be the first one you would kill),” which was also flashed at the end of the music of their latest single “maryclaire.” The concert poster features an eerie colonial-style room with a veiled woman dressed in white.
The band will also be collaborating with string quartet group The Manila String Machine for the concert. The setlist will feature all the songs from their upcoming album, which will be released on September 9, 2026.
Tickets go on sale on Ticketmelon on July 31, 2026 at 12 PM.
Formed in 2023, fitterkarma — currently composed of Joao de Leon (vocals/guitar), Sophia Miranda (bass), Sanders Bayas (drums), and Mikee Mendoza (guitar) — crafted a unique identity leaning into a dark urban aesthetic coupled with their penchant for Philippine folklore.
The band is known for their singles “Kalapastangan” (2023) and “Pag-Ibig ay Kanibalismo II” (2025), both of which currently sit at Billboard Philippines Hot 100, to date enjoying their 37th and 39th week there, respectively.
