Fil-Am rapper Ez Mil (born Ezekiel Miller) has reached a new achievement in his career, having been recognized as one of seven Filipinos included in this year’s Forbes Asia “30 Under 30” list.
The viral rap phenomenon was included in the list’s section of ‘Entertainment & Sports‘ figures, alongside other beloved musical acts such as IVE, Atarashi Gakko!, Voice of Baceprot, and Mahalini Raharja. In Forbes Asia’s profile section, the publication describes Miller as stated below:
“The rap talents of Ez Mil, real name Ezekiel Miller, caught the attention of legends Dr. Dre and Eminem — even if they couldn’t understand his Filipino lyrics. Ez Mil first attracted attention with his reflections on Philippine nationalism in the track “Panalo,” but it was last year’s “Up Down” that brought him together with Dre and Eminem, with the latter performing on Ez Mil’s 2023 album “DU4LI7Y: REDUX.” Born in Olongapo, Ez Mil comes from a musical family, and is now based in Las Vegas”
Reacting to the news of his inclusion on the prolific list, Miller expressed his gratitude to Forbes Asia, stating; “Thank you @forbesasia for including me on your Class 2024 list of “30 Under 30” Entertainment & Sport Category! 🙌🏻”
Aside from Miller, other Filipinos in the list include artists Chia Amisola and Joshua Serafin, content creators Abigail Marquez and Ramon Christian “Arshie” Malaga, Backscoop cofounder Amanda Cua, and Parallax cofounder Mikaela H. Reyes. At the young age of 25, Miller’s inclusion on the list promises new heights for his career –– indicating the promising nature of his talents to keep an eye out for.
