Cup of Joe have unveiled a very special music video.

On August 2, the Baguio-hailing pop-rock band premiered the music video for their fan-favorite “Misteryoso”. On the same day, ahead of the music video’s premiere, the band will be holding an already sold-out launch show and intimate gig dubbed “MARAHUYO: A Misteryoso Special” at Roof Manila in Sampaloc, Manila City. The music video’s release was first announced last July 28.

The music video is directed by SB19’s Justin — who most recently also worked on the music video for “Room,” the debut single of fellow SB19 member Stell. Justin’s involvement as director was first officially teased last July 21 through video of him and Cup of Joe vocalist Gian Bernardino dancing before being officially confirmed by the band through another video on July 22.

On July 29, it was revealed that Jhoanna — leader of P-pop girl group BINI — is set to star in the music video, with her appearance first being teased last July 25 through a short video. With this, Jhoanna follows the recent footsteps of fellow BINI members Stacey and Maloi, who starred in the music videos for Dionela and Jay R’s “sining” and Maki’s “Dilaw,” respectively. Prior to “Misteryoso,” Jhoanna previously starred in the music video for P-pop boy group Alamat’s hit “Maharani.”
