Cup of Joe, BINI, SB19, And More Nominated For ‘Album Of The Year’ At The Filipino Music Awards 2025
Highlighting genres spanning OPM from P-pop to rock, here are the nominees for ‘Album of the Year’ at the upcoming Filipino Music Awards.

The nominees for the ‘Album of the Year’ Category at the inaugural edition of the Filipino Music Awards, happening this October, have been revealed.
Consisting of nods towards today’s biggest P-pop groups SB19 and BINI, chart-breaking hitmakers Cup of Joe and Earl Agustin, and the established OPM legend Ely Buendia, the category highlights genres spanning throughout Filipino music from pop to rock.

This follows the recent announcement of the Filipino Music Awards’ ‘Hip-Hop Song of the Year‘ nominees, ‘Rock Song of the Year,’ following ‘R&B Song of the Year,’ ‘Folk Song of the Year,’ ‘Alternative Song of the Year,’ and the fan vote-based ‘People’s Choice Awards‘ category.
The inaugural Filipino Music Awards is happening this October 21, 2025 (Tuesday) at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, presented by Modern Media Group Inc. — the media company behind global titles Billboard Philippines, Rolling Stone Philippines, Nylon Manila, and Robb Report Philippines — and produced by AGC Power Holdings Corp.. The event will see the presentation of 20 awards across multiple categories, as well as special performances from Filipino artists like SB19, IV Of Spades, Ben&Ben, Cup Of Joe, apl.de.ap, BINI, Maki, and more.
