Charli XCX Releases Single ‘Von Dutch’ From Upcoming Album ‘Brat’

Hyper-pop icon Charli XCX (also known as Charlotte Atchinson) has just released her long-awaited single “Von Dutch” –– which serves as the lead singleLead SingleThe first song released from an upcoming album, chosen to introduce its sound and generate anticipation. Cook, Gesaffelstein, Easyfun, and Hudson Mohawke.
Just recently, the “Boom Clap” hitmaker played her first Boiler Room set last February 22 in New York City –– a set which sold more than 25,000 tickets in less than one day. During the event, Addison Rae made a special guest appearance, wherein she and Charli performed a remixRemixA new version of an existing song created by altering or reworking its elements, such as tempo, key, instrumentation, or vocals. Next week, Charli is set to receive the ‘Powerhouse’ award at Billboard’s Women in Music event in Los Angeles, where she will be present alongside Filipina pop royalty Sarah Geronimo, K-popK-PopA genre of South Korean popular music known for polished production, intricate choreography, and elaborate visuals, built around trainee systems and global fandoms.
