On October 12 (Philippine time), Filipino-British artist Beabadoobee and Icelandic singer-songwriter Laufey announced the release of their first collaboration together, “A Night To Remember.”
Beabadoobee, born Beatrice Kristi Ilejay Laus, revealed the news with a snippet of the song on TikTok. “A Night To Remember” will be made available this Friday, October 20. Listeners can pre-save the track here.
Earlier this year, the artist also released a reimagined version of her viral track, “Glue Song” with indie singer Clairo. The music video for the original rendition of the song was shot in her hometown located in Iloilo and featured Beabadoobee’s family members.
Last year, Beabadoobee performed in the Philippines for the first time at the New Frontier Theater as part of her Beatopia World Tour. Laufey also staged her first show in the country last May, which sold out in minutes. The singer remarked that it was the biggest crowd she ever performed in front of.
