OPM balladeer Arthur Nery is coming back with his third studio album titled Fictions You Produce, out May 8.

The chart-topping singer-songwriter took fans by surprise with the announcement, confirming the release of his new album via social media on May 4. He aptly shared the album title and its release date, alongside a collection of cover art listing the album’s track list.

Set to have a total of eight songs, the album will include the heartfelt ballad “Paralisado,” Arthur Nery’s previous collaboration with fellow hitmaker Adie, which dropped last February 8. Fictions You Produce also features the following tracks: “Desperado,” “Cloud9,” “Plorera,” “Far Away,” “Serbesa At Vino,” “Double Timed,” and “What Did I Do,” and will be released under Viva Records.

Going by the released concept photos, each track will have their own distinct style, with Nery opting for more moody and cinematic looks. The album cover sees the chart-topping artist barefoot and sitting on a pile of dark clothing, looking serious and introspective. “Cloud9” is a blurry, black-and-white image, with a figure submerged in water, while “Plorera” shows Arthur Nery in a brownish red suit, surrounded by flowers. Similarly, the other tracks seem to have differing feel, from the dim, greenish hue of “Serbesa At Vino” to the warm-toned indoor scene of “What Did I Do.”

Previously, Arthur Nery charted on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 with an impressive six entries, dated February 28, 2026. His tracks “Pagsamo,” “‘Di Nakakasawa” with Kiyo, “Palayo sa Mundo” with Jolianne, “TAKE ALL THE LOVE,” “Palaisipan” with Loonie, and “Isa Lang,” spanning slow ballads and rap collaborations, had made it into the list during the month of love.
