From fan favorite stars returning to Manila to a special afterparty, Billboard Philippines has compiled a list of things to be excited for at PLUS63 Festival Manila 2025, happening at the Aseana City Concert Grounds in Parañaque City.

What makes this iteration of PLUS63 Festival extra special is the fact that it’s the first time it will be held in Manila, following the postponement of an initial one last 2023 due to “elements that have not met PLUS63 standards.” This time, however, you can bet it’s finally happening, so get ready to celebrate PLUS63’s arrival in Manila this Sunday with your favorite artists!

With this being its first ever Manila iteration, PLUS63 Festival pulled out all the stops to make this show one night to remember, featuring lineup set to elevate the vibe to the next level with their diverse offering a wide range of R&B and pop.
First of these is American singer-songwriter Kehlani who makes their highly-anticipated return to Manila following their co-headlining stint alongside Joji at PLUS63’s Cebu edition back in 2022. Returning to Manila alongside them are “Honey” hitmaker Raveena, who previously performed in Manila last 2023 at another local festival, as well as rising Filipino-Australian R&B star RINI, who was last in Manila for his ‘Past the Naked Eye’ tour in 2023 as he makes a grand homecoming to the country. Meanwhile, American R&B hitmaker Jenevieve is ready to showcase her musical “Résumé” as she finally makes her Manila debut on the PLUS63 stage.
In addition, three beloved local acts in the R&B sphere will be sharing the stage with them: “Mirasol” hitmaker James Reid, the genre-blending Mrld, and up-and-coming singer-songwriter Jolianne.
Alongside long-time favorites, many acts on the lineup will be performing long sets with brand-new songs

An exciting lineup mean exciting performances. Aside from your the on-repeat hits from these artists, one can also expect to find newfound favorites to listen to as many of the acts on the lineup have recently released (or are just about to release) new music.
For our local artists, James Reid just released his latest EP jgh last November 2024, featuring the aforementioned “Mirasol,” “Sandal,” “Di Bale,” and more. Meanwhile, after years in the making, Jolianne just released her debut EP Plain Girl last January 31, 2025. In addition, Mrld released a number of viral singles in 2024: “Sandali,” “M.I.N.O.Y.,” as well as “Lihim.”
On the other hand, Raveena is set to release the deluxe version of her 2024 studio album Where the Butterflies Go in the Rain this February 28, 2025, so who knows? Maybe she’ll perform an unreleased track or two. Meanwhile, Kehlani came out with their latest full-length record While We Wait 2 last August 2024, while RINI released his emotionally vulnerable EP Lucky 7 last September 2024. In addition, since it will be Jenevieve’s first time taking the stage in Manila, fans can expect a setlist filled with such hits as “Baby Powder,” “Love Quotes,” “Medallion,” and more.
In an exclusive interview with Billboard Philippines, PLUS63 and Insignia Presents co-founder Peter Delantar expressed his team’s desire to have artists be able to play full sets, revealing that Kehlani will be performing 90-minute set, minimum, similar to how she would do for a concert of her own. “For our festival, we really enjoy the fact that we allow the artist to play a full set,” he stated, further revealing that RINI will be playing for “at least 75 minutes,” while Raveena and Jenevieve, “are going to play for at least an hour.” In addition, James Reid, Mrld, and Jolianne will each have 30 minutes minimum, with “space to give them extra time if they want to go over their allotted set times” as well.
