Fall Out Boy’s long-standing resonance with Filipino audiences has stood the test of time, as exemplified by their sold-out shows from the past two decades. Their fanbase goes beyond generations, ranging from fans who’ve been diehard fans since their debut in 2006, to those who first discovered them from their “Save Rock and Roll” era in 2013 and beyond.

Held before they took over the stage at Araneta Coliseum last December 9, the shoot explored the roots of the band’s pop punk roots and gave light to their unwavering influence in music.

Here’s what went down behind the scenes of Billboard Philippines’ shoot with Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump and Pete Wentz.
