Audrey Nuna, known for providing the singing voice for the character Mira in the hit animated film KPop Demon Hunters, has now signed to Republic Records.

“I’m honored to work with a partner that believes in investing in the future of music and culture,” Nuna shares as revealed on Variety.

The signing comes ahead of the release of her upcoming single, “superHuman,” produced by renowned producer Cirkut and arriving on August 7, 2026.

According to Nuna, the song is like a “portal” and was written when a lot of things in her life were changing very quickly. It allowed her to talk about embracing change and dealing with growth and transformation.

“I wanted to capture that feeling — of redemption, of validation, of the tides finally turning. In the same breath, I wanted to quietly remind myself and others to stay human, stay open, to flow like water through all of the changes, and that being more human will always be a superpower if we allow it,” she explains.

For the song, Nuna also teamed up with Riot Games, as it will serve as the official anthem for the 2026 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Pacific Stage 2.

This year, Nuna is set to grace multiple global stages, including Summer Sonic in Japan, Frequency Festival in Austria, and Pukkelpop in Belgium.
