This week, fitterkarma officially have the two highest-ranking songs on the Billboard Philippines charts.

On January 28, 2026, Billboard Philippines revealed its chart rankings for the week of January 31, 2026. On both the Philippines Hot 100 and the Top Philippine Songs, a song making a significant move up the ranks is fitterkarma’s “Kalapastangan” as it officially takes the No. 2 spot on both charts for the first time ever, overtaking Cup of Joe’s “Multo.”

With this, “Kalapastangan” officially joins fitterkarma’s 2025 hit single “Pag-Ibig Ay Kanibalismo II” in the top 2 of both charts, officially signifying that the Filipino avant-garde indie rock band now have the two biggest songs in the Philippines as of this week.

Released on November 24, 2023, “Kalapastangan” was fitterkarma’s sole release for 2023 and was followed by “Pag-Ibig Ay Kanibalismo II” more than a year later on February 14, 2025. Driven by the viral success of “Pag-Ibig Ay Kanibalismo II,” “Kalapastangan” has found similar popularity among listeners throughout the Philippines, most especially thanks to its continued usage on various videos found on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
