Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande‘s rendition of “For Good” enters the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 chart (dated December 6, 2025) on the No. 43 position.
The fan-favorite duet and one of the musical’s most iconic songs is featured on Wicked: For Good, the second of Universal Pictures’ two-part film adaptation of Wicked, and its corresponding soundtrack.
“For Good,” with the score and lyrics written by Academy Award-winning composer Stephen Schwartz, acts as a farewell and closing song performed by Elphaba (the Wicked Witch of the West) and Glinda (the Good Witch of the North). The duet was originally performed by Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth in the original musical.
Erivo and Grande also performed the duet alongside Menzel and Chenoweth for the television special, Wicked: One Wonderful Night, which promoted the film and premiered on November 7, 2025 (PH Time) on HBO Max.
The song is the closing track of the film’s soundtrack, which also featured original songs from the musical along with two additional songs written by Schwartz — “The Girl in the Bubble,” performed by Grande, and “No Place Like Home,” sung by Erivo.
Billboard Philippines’ Hot 100 chart ranks the biggest songs in the country by both local and international artists on a weekly basis, using audio and streaming data collected by data provider Luminate. The Hot 100 is one of Billboard Philippines’ official music charts, alongside the Top Philippine Songs chart, with both updated every Wednesday.
