Eight years since its initial release, Ben&Ben‘s “Kathang Isip” has made its debut on the Billboard Philippines charts (dated October 4, 2025).

The classic lovelorn anthem from the beloved folk-pop band makes its first-ever entry on the Philippines Hot 100 at the No. 92 spot, showcasing its impressive (and timeless) reach with listeners all over the country — proving that heartbreak still stands prevalent with the Filipino identity. It’s longstanding appeal with audiences nationwide could also be seen on platforms such as social media, wherein the track’s presence on TikTok and Instagram continues to expand its reach with listeners new and old.

This marks Ben&Ben’s second entry on the Billboard Philippines charts following “Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay,” which ranked at No. 33 on the Year-End chart of the Philippines Hot 100.

Elsewhere on the Philippines Hot 100, Cup of Joe’s “Multo” still holds the No. 1 spot, closely followed by HUNTR/X’s K-pop hit single “Golden” at No. 2. Kehlani’s “Folded” comes in at No. 3, while Sombr’s “Back To Friends” finds itself at No. 4, and Soapdish’s “Tensionado” moves up to No. 5. KATSEYE’s “Gabriela” remains unchanged at the No. 6 spot, with December Avenue’s “Saksi Ang Langit” stands at No. 7, Justin Bieber’s “Daisies” at No. 8, Le John’s “Naiilang” at No. 9, and Maki’s “Kahel ng Langit” at No. 10.
