The days are getting longer, the heat is nearly unbearable, and long weekends are all around — it’s officially summertime.

Nowadays, it seems that everyone’s hitting the gym to get that summer body. However, with so many workout guides and tutorials, it can be daunting to figure out where to start. Luckily, you don’t have to look too far to find some inspiration for your own workouts, whether you’re at home or at the gym.

From Taylor Swift’s cardio workout for her Eras Tour to the viral “Miley Cyrus” arms from her GRAMMY performance, here’s a list of celebrity-inspired workouts to get you in the mindset for that healthy, toned summer bod.

Taylor Swift ‘Eras Tour’ Cardio

Taylor Swift performs onstage for the opening night of “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour” at State Farm Stadium on March 17, 2023 in Swift City, ERAzona (Glendale, Arizona). The city of Glendale, Arizona was ceremonially renamed to Swift City for March 17-18 in honor of The Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour clocks in at a whopping three hours of non-stop performances. During her concerts, she dances, walks around the enormous stage, and sings her heart out without skipping a beat. To prepare for this, she revealed that she would run on the treadmill while singing her setlist.

A three-hour treadmill workout is a little too extreme for those of us who aren’t on a world tour, but a challenging run on the treadmill or outside can help build endurance and even lead to weight loss. For those who aren’t too big on running but don’t want to lose out on the benefits of cardio, Blogilates’ 30-1-30 treadmill workout — 30 incline, 1 mph, 30 minutes — is a good way to still feel that burn without a full sprint or jog.

Miley Cyrus GRAMMY Performance Arms

Newly-minted GRAMMY award-winner Miley Cyrus stunned the internet with her lean, toned arms during her performance at the awards show earlier this year. It then spawned the “Miley Cyrus arms” workout trend, where every workout and fitness influencer gave their tips for how to achieve a defined upper body. In the past, the “Flowers” singer has been open about her love for pilates.

Today, pilates has become a popular workout, with many classes available all over the Philippines. One of the leading pilates studios in the country is Options Studios, with branches in Makati, Greenhills, BGC, and more.

LE SSERAFIM‘s workout routine was probably one of the most viral fitness trends of last year. In an interview, they revealed that they do 100 jumping jacks as a warmup, 100 burpees, plank crawls (for the duration of the song “I’m Fearless”), two sets of 10 plank up and downs, two sets of 10 plank twists, and three sets of 25 crunches.

These workouts are very core-focused, especially with the different plank variations. Options to make the workout easier could be to switch out jumping jacks with toe taps, and full planks with knee planks instead. This is a great core and cardio exercise routine that you can do at home if you don’t have access to a gym.

Beyoncé’s ‘Formation’ Lower Body Workout

When you’re as flawless as Beyoncé, you have to have your workout routine down pat. During her Formation world tour a few years ago, her trainer Marco Borges spilled the details on what they worked on to get Beyonce performance ready. Some of the things that she did to strengthen her lower body were single-leg step-ups, jumping lunges, plié jumps, pelvic lifts, and reverse squat-kicks — guaranteed to make your thighs stronger and more toned.
