Cardi B is embracing the culture with the new Courtroom Edition vinyl of her latest album, AM I THE DRAMA?, set to release on December 12, 2025

The limited-edition release features exclusive artwork and packaging inspired by legal drama themes, along with bonus tracks and collectible inserts.

The release coincides with the conclusion of a high-profile legal case in which Cardi B was accused by security guard Emani Ellis of assault and battery during a 2018 encounter at a Beverly Hills obstetrician’s office. Ellis alleged that Cardi physically attacked her. Cardi denied the allegations, maintaining that the encounter was purely verbal with no physicality involved. In September 2025, a jury found her not liable in the civil assault trial.

AM I THE DRAMA? was released on September 19, 2025, and marks Cardi’s long-awaited second studio album. In the lead-up to its release, she dropped the singles “Outside” and “Imaginary Playerz.” The album serves as a follow-up to her 2018 debut, Invasion of Privacy.

The album received two Guinness World Records titles: “Most deliveries by UAV drones in one hour” when the album dropped, and “Most signed items sold in 8 hours.”
