Calling all the ARMY who plan on healing their inner child — BTS and McDonald’s are teaming up for something magical with the release of the TinyTAN Happy Meal, launching across multiple territories around the world, including the Philippines, on September 26.

First teased by McDonald’s on August 19, fans can now collect animated miniature versions of Jungkook, V, Jimin, Suga, Jin, RM and J-Hope. It will be released in two sets — the Throwback Edition features each member in their BTS Meal promo outfits, while the Encore Edition will have them sport outfits that pay homage to their second collaboration with the popular fast food chain.

Fans in Los Angeles can join the special Magic Meetup event and step into the rhythm of TinyTan with an immersive experience on September 27 to 28. For those outside the area, fans can play a special rhythm game by scanning the Happy Meal box code.

This comes as BTS’ latest collaboration with the popular fast food chain. In 2021, BTS partnered with McDonald’s for the special meal released for a limited time, which comprises of their classic 10-piece chicken nuggets, medium fries, a Coke, along with special sweet chili and Cajun sauces.

Launched in 2019, TinyTAN, formerly known as BTS Character, is based on the group and personalized to each member as animated characters. The characters are designed to resemble the members and are often wearing outfits and accessories in real life.

This collaboration comes after the group reunited after all members have completed their mandatory military service. They are set to make their highly anticipated comeback with a new album and tour in 2026.
