    • Redemption of Complimentary Tickets:
      • For Magazine Packages Purchased from September 9-13: You can redeem your complimentary tickets starting September 15, 2024, at SM Tickets Outlets.
      • For Magazine Packages Purchased from September 14-October 10, 2024: You can redeem your complimentary tickets 48 hours after your date of purchase.
    • Complimentary Ticket Codes are non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, and may only be used for redemption once.
      • Unredeemed complimentary Ticket Codes are automatically forfeited after the redemption deadline on October 15, 2024 (Tuesday) at 6PM.
    • Present your printed, saved email, screenshot, or digital copy of your email containing your complimentary Ticket Code and one (1) valid government-issued ID to claim your physical ticket.
    • Redemption for others is allowed with the following documents:

  7. Seat Selection:
    • Choose your preferred seat upon redemption. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • VIP Standing complimentary ticket holders will undergo the SM Tickets Queuing System for order of entrance to the event venue.
      • A code is included in the physical ticket of each VIP Standing ticket holder. This code will be used to enter the queuing link.
      • A queuing link will be sent via email from shop@sarisari.shopping within three (3) days prior to the event day to the active email address the ticket holder used to purchase their Anniversary Magazine Package.
      • Instructions on how to access the queuing link and the order of entrance priority will be found in the email.
    • SM Ticketing charges will be taken care of by Billboard Philippines. No additional payments are required upon redemption of complimentary tickets.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Billboard Philippines: Mainstage – the Year One Anniversary complimentary ticket offer is only available to customers who successfully purchased the Billboard Philippines Anniversary Magazine Package through the SariSari.Shopping website. All customers who purchased a Billboard Philippines Anniversary Magazine Package are entitled to receive a complimentary ticket.
  2. Purchases made for this special magazine package are not subject to returns, refunds, or cancellations. Customers may contact SariSari.Shopping via shop@sarisari.shopping for any concerns regarding the product.
  3. Only one (1) complimentary Ticket Code is issued for each purchase of Billboard Philippines Anniversary Magazine Package.
  4. Customers with validated purchases of the Billboard Philippines Anniversary Magazine Package via SariSari.Shopping will receive an email containing the complimentary Ticket Code. In the case of multiple valid purchases in a single transaction, the corresponding number of complimentary Ticket Codes will be sent in one (1) email message. To prevent fraud or misrepresentation, complimentary Ticket Code will only be released by billboardphilippines@buytickets.at.
  5. The Ticket Code is NOT THE FINAL ticket. Customers must redeem their physical tickets at any SM Ticket Outlet nationwide starting September 15 until October 15, 2024 at 6PM.
  6. To validate the redemption, customers must present their Ticket Code and a valid government-issued ID. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the section associated with the purchased magazine package.
  7. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. Minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult in the same section. A maximum ratio of 2 minors to 1 adult applies for the VIP section, while a ratio of 4 minors to 1 adult applies for other seated sections. Unaccompanied minors (ages 12-17) are not allowed to enter the venue.
  8. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts do not apply to the Billboard Philippines: Mainstage – the Year One Anniversary complimentary tickets obtained for this event, as the complimentary tickets are free with the purchase of the required magazine package.
  9. The Billboard Philippines: Mainstage – the Year One Anniversary complimentary tickets are not intended for resale. Billboard Philippines and SariSari.Shopping are not responsible or liable for any damages arising from unauthorized ticket sales or merchandise from this event.
