KAIA To Represent The Philippines At The 2026 ROUND Music Festival In Korea

KAIA will be raising the Philippine flag once again as they take the stage at the 2026 ROUND Music Festival in South Korea.
In a shared announcement across the girl group’s official social media platforms, KAIA confirmed their participation in the upcoming ASEAN-Korea Music Festival, set to take place on November 7-8, 2026 at Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon, South Korea.
“We can’t wait to bring the KAIA experience, Filipino talent, and OPM to the ROUND stage,” the girls wrote.
The five-member group previously joined the Manila stop of the ROUND Music Festival held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum from April 18-19, 2026. During the festival’s first day, KAIA joined fellow P-pop acts HORI7ON and 1st.One for the ‘Project P-Pop : Rising‘ stage, where they performed the collaborative track “Sulong” in celebration of P-pop’s growing presence in both the local and international music scene.
Presented by KBS WORLD and supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund, the annual ROUND Music Festival aim to strengthen the cultural exchange between South Korea and ASEAN countries through popular music.
Soon heading to Korea for the festival, KAIA is composed of Angela, Charice, Alexa, Sophia, and Charlotte. The group made their official debut with “Blah Blah” in April 2022, following their pre-debut single, “KAYA.” Since then, they were named Billboard Philippines‘ P-pop Rising Class of 2025 and most recently took home the Listeners’ Choice Award at the Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026 for their hit single, “TANGA.”
KAIA also recently released their dreamy single “hulog” on June 26, 2026, following the group’s growing online traction from their viral Backyard Live performance of “Takedown” from the official soundtrack of the popular 2025 film KPop Demon Hunters.
Their upcoming ROUND appearance adds to KAIA’s growing list of international appearances. The group previously performed at the NBA Rising Stars Invitational in Singapore in June 2026 and are set to return to the international stage for the 21st edition of Music Matters Live in October 2026.
