Charli XCX and Kylie Jenner star in the music video for “Residue” by A.G. Cook — a track for the film score of A24’s The Moment — the mockumentary starring the Brat singer as a fictionalized version of herself as she gears up for her first headlining tour.
The three-minute energetic music video features an electronic and techno-heavy production that highlights multiple dancers as Charli’s body doubles, headbanging and whipping their hair to the track. It also features a short cameo from Jenner as the video ends.
The film premiered at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival on January 23, 2026. It became the fastest-selling limited release in the history of the independent entertainment company. It opens in the US in New York and Los Angeles on January 30. As of this writing, no Philippine release date has been confirmed.
The cast for The Moment also includes Rosanna Arquette as Tammy Pitman, Kate Berlant as Molly Jean Bush, Alexander Skarsgård as Johannes Godwin, as well as fictionalized versions of Rachel Sennott, Julia Fox, and Jenner.
