Every Filipino can attest that the country bears a secret national sport — karaoke.

Whether it takes place in celebrations with friends at large karaoke bars or at family reunions on home machines, karaoke is a staple of Philippine culture and is a way in which we bond with others. This phenomenon shows up not only in everyday life but in data as well, as many karaoke hits have taken over the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 for the week of January 10, 2026.

From heartbreak anthems to club classics of the early 2000s, these twelve songs have been nearly constant on the Hot 100, but have been consistently climbing the chart — likely as a result of the holiday season. On that note, let’s take a look at the biggest karaoke hits that currently dominate the Billboard Philippines Hot 100.

No. 18: “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” – The Script

Just like its title, “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” by The Script has been a near constant presence on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100. With an accumulative total of 80 weeks on the Chart, the Irish band’s 2008 radio smash hit is currently positioned at the No. 18 spot after previously peaking at the No. 14 position. Whether it’s because of the song’s relatable themes about heartbreak or its sheer belt-ability, “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” has been solidified as a certified Filipino karaoke favorite.
