Tonight (August 27, 2025), alternative hip-hop collective Kartell’em have announced their highly anticipated comeback, happening soon on August 29, 2025. Along with their upcoming release date, the group has also unveiled the title of their upcoming musical work (specific details have yet to be divulged), being “KITBA,” which possibly stands for “Kartell’em in this b*tch again.”

In the video teaser announcing this upcoming musical release, the members of Kartell’em cruise through the busy highways of Metro Manila on skateboards, bikes, and the like – reconnecting with their roots as a group founded through skate culture. In the background, a slick hip-hop beat thumps as a voice chants repeatedly, “Kartell’em in this b*tch again.”

Composed of members Waiian, Ne7in, Yorko, Sica, Wayvier, Ruijikun, Nickname, O’Neen, Aftermatt, and Jwuds, Kartell’em is a group of artists and skaters who connect their music to the street and skate culture of Metro Manila. After making their official debut in 2019 as a unit with the fourteen-track album Tell’em Once, the unit continued to shift their rotation of artists while steadily releasing new music.

KITBA would mark Kartell’em’s first comeback as a unit with its original member lineup (although Sica’s inclusion has yet to be confirmed) since their 2021 album, Tell’em Wasak.
