This week, Soapdish have entered the Billboard Philippines Top Philippine Songs chart.

On July 30, 2025, Billboard Philippines revealed its chart rankings for the week of August 2, 2025. For the Top Philippine Songs, a new entry comes in the form of Soapdish’s “Tensionado” as it makes it debut on the chart at No. 21. In addition to this, it has also ranked up on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, making a jump from No. 58 last week to No. 41 this week.

An emotive rock ballad about trying to revive a fading love, “Tensionado” serves as the opening track to the Filipino pop rock band’s self-titled debut album, released 20 years ago in 2005. Recognized as Soapdish’s biggest hit, the song has recently seen a newfound surge in popularity among Filipino listeners, finding a new audience a new generation on popular social media platforms like TikTok.

For the top 10 of the Billboard Philippines Top Philippine Songs this week, Cup of Joe’s “Multo” and December Avenue’s “Saksi Ang Langit” maintain their hold on the No. 1 and No. 2 spot respectively. They are immediately followed by IV Of Spades’ latest single “Aura” as it debuts on the chart at No. 3 this week, as well as Le John’s “Naiilang” at No. 4 and Cup Of Joe and Janine’s “Tingin” at No. 5

Meanwhile, Maki’s “Kahel Na Langit” is at No. 6, followed by Rico Blanco’s “Your Universe” at No. 7. After them are Earl Agustin’s “Tibok” at No. 8, as the chart’s top 10 this week is rounded off by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan’s “Palagi” at No. 9 and Skusta Clee’s “Kalimutan Ka” No. 10.
