The Kings of P-pop, SB19, have just announced a second date for their forthcoming ‘Simula At Wakas’ concert at the Philippine Arena.
The news was first shared by Live Nation Philippines, who announced that the second show is scheduled for June 1, 2025, at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, with more details regarding tickets and their availability scheduled to be released soon.
Given the recent announcement, SB19 is set to make history as the first-ever Filipino act to hold two consecutive shows at the world’s largest indoor arena, which can house up to a total of 55,000 individuals as part of the audience. Their first show (scheduled for May 31st) sold out in a near-instant timeframe of just seven hours, showcasing just how strong fan demand is for the tour.
SB19’s upcoming set of shows at the Philippine Arena mark the kick-off to their ‘Simula at Wakas’ World Tour, which will make stops in Taipei, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and the Middle East from the period of June to October this year. Alongside these dates, shows in Australia, Tokyo, and Hong Kong are also set to be announced soon.
So far, the renowned P-pop pioneers have sold out the majority of their world tour –– including their stops across Taiwan, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Toronto, among others –– highlighting their growing appeal worldwide.
The highly anticipated tour coincides with the release of their upcoming comeback EP, Simula At Wakas, which is scheduled for release this April 25, 2025. This upcoming record is set to conclude their ongoing trilogy that comprise of their past EPs, Pagsibol and PAGTATAG!, with its lead single “DAM” being released to critical and commercial acclaim.
“DAM” recently made its grand breakthrough as the group’s first-ever entry on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 Chart, debuting at No. 4 in its first week of chart tracking, and also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart on the week of March 15, 2025.
