Taeyeon is making her grand return to the Philippines this 2025.
The renowned K-pop superstar, known for her work with Girls Generation, is scheduled to make her grand return in the country this March 29, 2024 for a one-night-only showcase that is scheduled to take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
The highly anticipated show is set to be part of Taeyeon’s The TENSE Tour — which is set to bring the beloved idol across Asia, including Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Macau, Indonesia, and South Korea. The tour will kick off with three shows in Seoul, spanning from March 7 to 9 at KSPO Dome, and will be followed by her concert in Taipei at the Taipei Dome on March 16, as well as her forthcoming appearance in Manila as the third stop of the tour.
Just recently, the K-pop singer had dropped her latest mini-album titled Letter To Myself, with the six-track project including the beloved single of the same name. Taeyeon last performed in the Philippines last July 2023, bringing her The Odd Of Love World Tour to Manila with a sold-out show at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City — which celebrated the release of her third studio album INVU.
Known as the leader of South Korea’s premiere “Nation’s Girl Group” Girls Generation, the internationally-acclaimed idol has spawned several hit singles as a solo artist — including “I”, “Rain”, “Fine”, “Invu”, and “To X” among several others.
