St. Wolf are back with new music.

On September 18, the alternative rock duo released a brand-new single, entitled “Sinungaling Ka Nanaman” [“You’re Lying Again”] — a song that, as the title suggests, calls out liars, particularly those in power. “Ang kantang ito ay para sa mga taong puro salita lang at kulang sa gawa [This song is for those who are all talk and no action]. It was my story, now it’s yours,” the band stated following the single’s release.

This follows their rendition of the iconic Buklod track “Tatsulok,” which they released last June 28, 2023. “Sinungaling Ka Nanaman” marks the band’s first original single since 2021’s “Am I Enough?”

The duo are also slated to hold a launch gig for the single tonight (September 19). Set to happen at Mow’s in Quezon City, they will be joined by Matoki, Party Pace, Frank Ely, and Gloryen, with tickets priced at PHP 250 at the door.

First announcing the release of the new track on September 17, the band will also be premiering an accompanying music video for the song this September 20 at 12:00 AM. Tune in to the premiere here.

Formed in 2015, St. Wolf are composed of KL Dela Cruz and Bob Sadural. They are best known for their melodic, heavy guitar-fueled tracks often infused with electronic elements, which includes “Sana,” “TLKDN,” “Taguan,” and more. Their debut album Temple was released in 2021.
