Today (May 19, 2025), the Princes of K-pop, SHINee, took their official social media pages to announce their upcoming return with an album, Poet | Artist. The record is set for release this May 25, 2025 and is available for pre-ordering here.
The full-length feature shares the title of the sophomore studio album of their late member Jonghyun, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 27. The record was then released posthumously in January of 2018.
This marks the first musical comeback the group has made as a unit following their reunion in 2023 after each member had completed their mandatory military service. The four members made their return with the group’s eighth album to date, HARD, on June 26, 2023. Following this, members Minho, Key, Onew, and Taemin have been exploring their respective solo careers.
