ONE CLICK STRAIGHT have collaborated with Clara Benin for a special rendition of their latest single, “Telepono.” On April 4, 2025, the alternative rock released a special EP dedicated to the track, which sees the original song alongside a “take 2” version, as well as an acoustic one which features Benin.
“We are proud to announce that we’re dropping a Telepono EP tomorrow that features an acoustic version with one of our favorite artists in OPM,” stated the band upon announcing the EP’s release.
The acoustic version notably sees a string section added into the mix and features Benin taking over the song’s second verse and singing alongside the members of ONE CLICK STRAIGHT throughout the rest of the track. This collaboration notably serves as Benin’s latest release, following the deluxe version of her sophomore album befriending my tears, which came out last November 29, 2024.
“Telepono” was initially released last February 7, 2025, serving as ONE CLICK STRAIGHT’s first release of the year. Following this, the band also teamed up with local artist Nukie Timtiman to create unique shirt merchandise inspired by the single and recently premiered its accompanying music video.
