Ahead of its release, Olivia Rodrigo has officially revealed the two-part track list for her third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love.
The singer-songwriter unveiled the complete lineup through her social media on May 27 at 12 AM PHT, sharing a photo of herself in a pink dress standing in front of the swing featured in the album artwork. The image was overlaid with pink handwritten cursive listing the album’s songs.
Split into two sections, the ‘girl so in love’ half of the record includes “stupid song,” “honeybee,” “maggots for brains,” “u + me = <3,” “my way,” “purple,” and the pre-release single, “drop dead.”
Meanwhile, the ‘you seem pretty sad’ portion features “what’s wrong with me,” “less,” “expectations,” “cigarette smoke,” the recently released “the cure,” along with the previously previewed track, “begged.”
Initially announcing the album on April 3, Rodrigo surprised fans with the cover art showing her hanging upside down from a swing against a bright blue sky. The upcoming record is set for release on June 12, coinciding with Philippine Independence Day.
She kicked off the album era with the pre-release single “drop dead” on April 17, alongside a music video filmed at the Palace of Versailles. During her May 2 appearance on Saturday Night Live as both host and musical guest, Rodrigo also surprised viewers with a live debut of the unreleased track, “begged.”
Most recently, the 23-year-old artist dropped “the cure” together with its accompanying music video. She described it as her “favorite song on the album” and “one of [her] favorite songs [she’s] ever made.”
Beyond her recent releases, Rodrigo is also preparing for The Unraveled Tour, which will travel across North America and Europe beginning September 25 and continuing into 2027. Supporting acts include Wolf Alice, Devon Again, The Last Dinner Party, Grace Ives, and Die Spitz.
