Ready to feel the ‘Buzz’?
Indonesian pop sensation NIKI has just announced the dates for her Buzz World Tour, which comes in support of the forthcoming release of her third studio album of the same name.
NIKI’s Buzz World Tour is set to kick off in North America from September to early October of this year, before hitting Europe in late October to early November 2024. The highly anticipated tour will be hitting Asia in early 2025, with NIKI scheduled to hold a two-night concert on February 11 and 12, 2025.
Though no details have been released concerning which venue the 88rising talent will be gracing, the rest of her Asia leg of the tour will begin in Hong Kong (February 9) and move to Jakarta (February 14 and 15), Singapore (February 18), Taipei (February 20), Bangkok (February 22), before concluding in Kuala Lumpur (February 25 and 26).
Just recently, NIKI dropped the second track off the upcoming record, “Too Much Of A Good Time”, which followed after “24”. Together with the release of the new single, she formally announced Buzz as her third studio album. Describing the forthcoming record as her “best album yet”, NIKI further opened up about how the project came about, stating; “I went through an identity crisis. It took a lot of trial and error, and I just stumbled upon pieces of myself along the way. I named it Buzz because it feels like I’m on the precipice of something about to happen.”
Buzz is currently scheduled to be released later this year on August 9, and will include both the singles “Too Much Of A Good Thing” and it’s predecessor “24“. Talking about the latter, NIKI described it as “my attempt at synthesizing my early twenties, and the many humbling things I have learned up to this point in my life — namely, learning to embrace nuance and the idea that life is rarely ever dichotomous. Everyone can be many things at once.”
