Miley Cyrus marks her first album under the mononym Miley with her tenth studio album, Bass Persuades, released through Atlantic Records.
“This album happened fast, but that’s been my life for 20 years. Once I started wishing to land a role that would make LA my home, it’s been nonstop. This album is a reflection of everywhere I’ve been along the way and the peace that came with starting to slow it all down,” Cyrus shares on Instagram. “Thank you for celebrating this release with me. It’s a special record, and it’s bliss to share with you. Love always.”
Following her 2024 record, Something Beautiful, the album was announced on September 2, 2026, kicking off a new era for the Grammy-winning artist, who dropped her last name as part of her rebrand. Earlier in July, she signed a new record deal with Atlantic Records after 14 years with Sony Music.
Accompanying the release is the official music video for the track “Let’s Get Married,” directed by Mert Alas. Filmed at the Chateau Marmont in California, the visual features her fiancé, Maxx Morando. Watch the music video below:
