Pop singer-songwriter Maki is set to headline this first iteration of MakeitPOP OPM Rising this March 17 at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura.
The event is billed as a place to highlight up and coming local acts where “everyone can discover their new favorite artist and get to know the latest musical landscape in the country.”
Tickets are priced at PHP 1,000 for general admission tickets and PHP 3,500 for admission to event as well as a meet-and-greet with the artists. Tickets are now available via Makeitlive Asia’s official website here.

MakeitPOP OPM Rising is organized by entertainment-centric company Makeitlive Asia. In the past, they have organized pop culture bazaars, K-Pop themed events, and the like all over the country.
Maki first emerged into the mainstream with his viral hit, “Saan?” (Where). Last year, he released his debut EP, Tanong, which also features his other chartbreaking songs like “Bakit?” and “Kailan?” Earlier this year, he released a new single titled “HBD.” The song serves as his first single since the release of his debut EP.
The singer-songwriter made his musical debut in 2021 with the release of “Halaga” (Importance). He went on to release a series of singles in 2022, including an R&B rendition of “Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw” (I Want To Let Go).
