Filipino Lauvers, prepare to be bewitched once more by the sweet sounds of contemporary jazz vocalist, Laufey in Manila this 2024.
Marking her highly anticipated return to the country, Laufey is set to grace the Philippines this May 28, 2024 at the PICC Plenary Hall for a special full orchestra performance alongside the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra.
Presented by Karpos, tickets for the concert will go on pre-sale on January 10 to 11 and then on general sale on January 12 via Tickelo. Tickets range between PHP 2,750 to 5,990.
This one-day event marks the jazz siren’s second performance in the country, following her instantly sold-out show at the Filinvest Tent last May 30, 2023.
Laufey is currently embarking on her The Bewitched Tour, which is set to continue this February in Europe up until the first half of March in the UK. Meanwhile, the extension of the tour, titled Bewitched: The Goddess Tour, has already been announced and is set to take place in the United States from April until August of this year.
Aside from her current lineup of performances, Laufey is already destined to have an exciting year up ahead — especially with her first-ever Grammy Award nomination for Bewitched under the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category. The record, which marks her second full-length album, came out last September 8th and was released to critical and commercial acclaim worldwide, even attaining viral popularity on social media. Also recently, Laufey partook in the highly popular live series of NPR’s Tiny Desk Performance on YouTube — performing her hits “From The Start”, “Let You Break My Heart Again”, “Promise”, and “California and Me.”
