Even before her two sold-out shows next month, Laufey has already announced her impending return to the Manila for ‘The Goddess Tour’ this September.
Promoted by Live Nation Philippines and Karpos, the jazz songstress’ impending show is scheduled take place this September 3, 2024, at the Mall of Asia Arena. The news was shared on Laufey’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, wherein she shared the full schedule of her forthcoming Asia and Australia tour dates. Aside from the Philippines, the 24-year-old Grammy winner will be visiting Japan, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand for the duration of the tour –– following the conclusion of the North American leg showcase.

Later this May, Laufey will also be visiting Manila for her special showcase, ‘A Night At The Symphony‘, wherein she will be performing live at the Cultural Center of the Philippines with The Manila Philharmonic Orchestra on May 28 and May 29, 2024. These set of shows will be presented by Karpos Multimedia, and will mark the third time she will be performing live with a full orchestra following her shows in Iceland and Los Angeles. Both shows in Manila sold out in mere minutes, highlighting just how evident the demand for Laufey is with her Filipino fans.

‘The Goddess Tour’ comes in support of the deluxe edition to Laufey’s award-winning sophomore album, Bewitched, which was awarded the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album earlier this February at the 2024 Grammys. Bewitched: The Goddess Edition features the singer’s latest single “Goddess” (which also just had its music video just released) together with three additional tracks, and is expected to be released in it’s entirety later this week on April 26, 2024.
