Kehlani, Jenevieve, James Reid, And More To Perform At PLUS63 Festival Manila In February 2025
Previously held annually in Cebu, this will mark the festival’s first ever Manila iteration following the postponement of an initial one in 2023.

PLUS63 Festival is finally coming back.
On December 6, 2024 live events organizer Insignia Presents surprised their followers by announcing the return of the annual music festival, featuring a star-studded lineup. Namely, it will be headlined by American R&B/pop singer-songwriter Kehlani, and joining her is American alternative R&B artist Jenevieve, as well as Filipino acts James Reid, Mrld, and Jolianne.
On January 22, 2025, it was announced by Insignia Presents that Filipino-Australian R&B hitmaker RINI is set to join the festival’s lineup, marking his first time performing in the Philippines since his ‘Past the Naked Eye’ tour in 2023. In a post on his social media announcing his inclusion into the festival lineup, RINI also shared an updated poster for the event, which also confirmed the inclusion of R&B-pop star Raveena. This will mark her highly anticipated return to Manila following her performance as part of Wanderland 2023. Their addition rounds out the event’s lineup, promising “a dynamic and unforgettable musical journey, blending international stars with the best of the local scene.”
The highly anticipated return of the festival is set to be held on February 23, 2025 (Sunday) at the Aseana City Concert Grounds in Parañaque City. Following annual editions staged in Cebu, this will mark its first ever Manila iteration following its postponement in 2023 due to “elements that have not met PLUS63 standards.” Notably, Kehlani previously served as one of the headliners of the 2022 edition in Cebu alongside singer-songwriter and rapper Joji.
The festival’s expansion to Manila is said to “build upon its vision of being a multi-city destination festival for the Philippines,” aiming to “develop an annual tradition to support the Philippines’ live music scene.”
Tickets for PLUS63’s first Manila edition will go on sale this December 16, 2024 (Monday) at 12:00 PM (PHT) via the official PLUS63 Festival website.
From December 16, 2024 to January 15, 2025, there will be a discounted holiday presale period until supplies last. For this, tickets will be available at PHP 3,000 for General Admission and PHP 7,000 for VIP. Additionally, VVIP tables for 8 people in total can also be availed at a price of PHP 80,000.
Meanwhile, following this presale period, Genral Admission tickets will be priced at PHP 4,000, VIP at PHP 8,000, and the VVIP table bundle at PHP 100,000. Check out the full list of perks for each ticket tier here.
