JENNIE has teamed up with renowned Korean DJ Peggy Gou for a remix of her hit single, “like JENNIE.”
The newly released track gives the hip-hop track an electronic and house music touch, combining the signature sounds of both the beloved idol and Gou for one glorious remix. Aside from its club-inspired groove, accompanying the “like JENNIE” remix is an animated visualizer directed by Animate Jack that depicts both artists as boxers.

The K-pop star and Gou’s remix of “like JENNIE” comes just in time before her debut solo Coachella performance, which is scheduled to take place on both weekends of April 13 and 20, 2025. The 2025 iteration of the famed music festival is set to see the likes of Lady Gaga, Green Day, and Post Malone as this year’s headliners, while other artists like Charli XCX, Megan Thee Stallion, ENHYPEN, and her fellow BLACKPINK member LISA also scheduled to perform.
“like JENNIE” serves as one of the key tracks from the 29-year-old idol’s debut album Ruby, which was released in its entirety in March of this year. The album featured other prominent collaborations with musicians such as Doechii, Kali Uchis, Dominic Fike, FKJ, Childish Gambino, and Dua Lipa, and was supported by the K-pop superstar’s first-ever solo tour, The Ruby Experience. In Billboard Philippines‘ review of the latter, it was mentioned that “both Ruby and The Ruby Experience have perfectly reintroduced her in a brand new (and authentic) light, welcoming the world to witness a new era of her artistry.”
