Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11‘s Jarren Garcia steps into the spotlight as a solo artist with the release of his debut self-titled album, JARREN.
The newly-released eight-track album features a mix of R&B, soul, and ballads, with the standout single “Gimme, Gimme, Gimme” leading the way as it delves into the journey of finding the right partner after experiencing unappreciated love. “It’s all about finding and receiving the love you truly deserve after being with someone who didn’t see your worth,” said Jarren in an exclusive press release.
Co-written with StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos and ABS-CBN Music’s Jonathan Manalo, the eponymous album spans genres from soulful ballads to infectious R&B. Together with the record’s release, the former housemate also hosted his album launch and fan meet event, titled That Boy, Jarren, last Saturday (February 8, 2025) at The Skydome in SM City North EDSA, wherein special guests Kai Montinola and Kolette Madelo also performed. Fellow PBB housemates JM Ibarra and Sofia “Fyang” Smith made notable appearances online, congratulating Jarren on releasing his debut record.
Before gaining recognition on PBB, Jarren competed on The Voice UK in 2020. Since then, he has emerged as a rising musician, a regular on ASAP with the Rockoustic Heartthrobs, and a weekly guest on It’s Showtime.
