Jackson Wang has just teamed-up with Number_i for a remix of his latest single, “GBAD.” A collaboration under 88rising, the brand new version of the laid-back hip-hop song was initially teased by the the Hong Kong rapper-singer-songwriter and the Japanese boy group on April 14, 2025 before being released two days later on April 16.

The single’s new rendition sees Number_i lay down new rap verses for the track, with each member delivering lines in a mix of Japanese and English. Notably, this collaboration follows the time when they performed their song “GOAT” with Wang at Coachella 2024 for 88rising’s Futures special stage. In addition, it serves as Number_i’s second release of 2025, following their single “GOD_i,” which came out last January 27.

Following the “GBAD” remix’s release, an accompanying music video later premiered on April 21, featuring Wang and the members of Number_i wearing suits and hanging out at a port, accompanied by retro visuals. Watch it below:

“GBAD” was initially released last March 27, 2025, serving as Jackson Wang’s second release of the year, following the single “High Alone,” which came out last February 12.
