Yeji has officially made her debut as a solo artist. The ITZY leader released her highly anticipated first solo EP AIR on March 10, 2025. It features the upbeat and ethereal-sounding title track, alongside “Invasion,” “Can’t Slow Me, No,” and “258.”

Yeji’s solo debut was first announced by ITZY’s label JYP Entertainment on February 9, 2025 (Saturday), announced that the ITZY leader is set to release her solo debut EP, entitled AIR. This marks Yeji as the first member of ITZY to make their official solo debut, following the group’s own debut last February 12, 2019.

In other news, ITZY’s ninth mini-album GOLD was released last October 15, 2024. It served as the follow-up to BORN TO BE, which came out last January 8, 2024.
