Gabba Teases Brand-New Single “Pockets” Out This August: “Found myself creating again.”
It will serve as the follow-up to his widely acclaimed debut album Recollections, released last July 26, 2023.

Gabba returns with new music this month.
On August 13, the math rock virtuoso — full name Gabba Santiago — announced on his social media that he is set to release a new single this August. “Found myself creating again,” he stated on the announcement post, revealing that the then yet-to-be-named track will come out next week on August 23.
On the evening of August 14, Santiago revealed that the title of the new single is “Pockets,” and announced that he is set to hold a special listening party ahead of its release on August 21 at Archive Haus in Libis, Quezon City. He promises to perform a long set, including the live debut of “Pockets.” Tickets to the listening party are priced at PHP 500 and can be found here.
The forthcoming single will serve as the follow-up to his widely acclaimed debut album Recollections, released last July 26, 2023. It features the tracks “Puzzle,” “Overcurrent,” “Zoomies,” “Coastline,” and more. He recently premiered a music video for “Fury,” the album’s 13th track, which you can watch here.
Most recently, Santiago was announced as one of the Filipino acts to be part of ASIYA Fest — a music festival and conference produced by Karpos Multimedia, the entity behind Wanderland Music & Arts Festival. He will be sharing the stage with BINI, juan karlos, Reese Lansangan, UDD, Ysanygo, Zild, and more, alongside such international acts as Hyukoh (Korea) and Sunset Rollercoaster (Taiwan), Balming Tiger (Korea), Imase (Japan), Numcha (Thailand), and more.
