Yesterday (October 17, 2025), Bicol-born and raised folk singer-songwriter dwta took to her official social media platforms to announce the forthcoming release of her latest single entitled “Langit Lupa.” Set to drop on all streaming platforms on October 24, 2025, the track can be pre-saved through this link.

While additional details about the song have yet to be revealed, dwta shared some of the song’s lyrics in the caption of her post, “Im- / Im- / Imposible na maging tayo (It’s impossible that we’ll be together).”

The song appears to be the latest addition to dwta’s growing collection of songs themed after Filipino nursery rhymes, following “Sampung Mga Daliri” with SB19’s Justin, “Nasusunog (Pants On Fire),” and “Kung Ikaw Ay Masaya.” Furthermore, the artist recently contributed to the soundtrack of Higit Sa Pag-ibig, The Musical, last October 3, with the song “Kumilos.”
