DAY6 are back with new music.

On September 2, the Korean pop rock quartet released their 9th mini-album, entitled Band Aid. The eight-song EP features the lead track “Melt Down” which explores themes of discovering a love that brings a sense of warmth and healing into one’s life.

Alongside “Melt Down,” the mini album also includes “Monster,” “She Smiled,” “Shxtty Game,” “Help Me Rock&Roll,” “Counter,” “I’m Fine,” and “Still There.” Band Aid was first announced last August 9, subsequently followed by a series of posters as well as photo and video teasers leading up to its release.

Alongside the release of the new mini-album, DAY6 also premiered a vibrant and literally colorful music video for “Melt Down,” which you can check out below.

Band Aid follows the band’s long-awaited comeback with the mini-album Fourever, which came out last March 18. It was their first comeback as a full a band in nearly three years, following the members carrying out their mandatory military service one by one beginning in 2021.

In other news, DAY6 are set to make their long-awaited return to Manila with a concert this February 2025 as part of their Forever Young world tour. It will be their first time performing in the country after more than five years since the Manila stop of their ‘Gravity’ world tour on November 23, 2019.
