According to Star Music PH, P-pop phenomenon BINI is set to release their first-ever extended play very soon.
The announcement was made on Valentine’s Day (February 14, 2023) via Star Music PH’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, wherein the post was addressed to BINI’s devoted fanbase, the BLOOMS. The post reads: “Dear Blooms, The wait is over! BINI 1st EP is finally coming! Thank you sa pagwait ha? <33 Game kayo? Love, BINI.” This upcoming release marks the group’s first extended project following the release of their full-length albums Feel Good and Born To Win, which were released in the years 2022 and 2021 respectively.
As “the Nation’s Girl Group”, BINI had an eventful last 2023 as well, following the release of their two viral hit singles “Pantropiko” and “Karera“. “Pantropiko” is currently dominating the internet, trending at No. 9 on TikTok’s Hot and Rising charts, and also reaching a new peak of No. 149 and rising on Spotify Philippines’ overall chart nationwide. On the other hand, “Karera” is also reaching similar levels of success –– serving as the greatest gainer on Spotify Philippines’ Viral Songs chart, reaching the No. 67 spot this week, which is 23 spots higher than before.
