BINI is back with a performance video to their single “Blooming.”
The nation’s girl group was announced as part of the stellar artist roster of Coke Studio Philippines’ eighth season, wherein they join the likes of ALAMAT, Nik Makino, Illest Morena, and Kyle Echarri. With their track, the P-pop hitmakers bring forth their unique blend of sugar and spice to “Blooming,” which serves as a bright and upbeat dance-pop track brimming with the hope, bliss, and healing associated with a new chapter in one’s life.
Together with the track, a music video to “Blooming” was also just released, showcasing BINI’s energetic performance through a vibrant display of their impressive talents that perfectly represent the lively and youthful nature of the track. Check it out below:
BINI’s participation in this season of Coke Studio Philippines marks their third appearance on the series, following their debut appearance in the show’s sixth season with their track “Love Yourself.” Last year, the P-pop powerhouse continued to break boundaries through a special collaboration with PLAYERTWO for a special cover to “Bata, Kaya Mo!” which was originally recorded by the show’s alumni, Iñigo Pascual and Ron Henley.
Just recently, BINI served as the cover stars for Billboard Philippines‘ first anniversary issue, wherein they opened up about their quest for “world domination.” “This year has been filled with amazing milestones, and we’ve reached more people than ever before,” leader Jhoanna mentions. “But ‘world domination’ is a big dream, and we’re just getting started. There’s still so much more we want to achieve, and we’re excited to keep pushing forward,” she tells Billboard Philippines, for it only marks the first step towards the next chapter of their career.
BLOOMs nationwide can look out for the debut live performance of “Blooming” to occur during their upcoming Grand BINIverse Concert, which is set to take place at the Araneta Coliseum from November 16 to 18, 2024. Though tickets to the show were quick to sell out, a live stream will be provided for each day of the show.
